- 750 g wheat flour type 405
- 65 g yeast
- 150 g butter
- 375 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar

This recipe serves 4 people or 2 baking sheets. Warm the milk to body temperature. Add the sugar, yeast, and butter and mix. Let the mixture stand for 12 minutes. Knead the flour, salt, egg yolk, and milk mixture into a dough. Add more flour or a little milk if the dough is too sticky or too firm. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough and roll out onto 2 baking sheets, then let it rise for another 15 minutes. Top the dough with, for example, tomato sauce and other ingredients. Bake the topped pizza in a preheated oven at 175-200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, as high as possible.
