Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g prawns, large, raw
- 2 chili peppers, red
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, making sure to leave the tails intact. Halve the chilies lengthwise and remove the seeds. Heat the olive oil in a serving pan (or have a warmed serving dish ready). Add the prawns, chilies, and garlic to the pan and cook over high heat, stirring, for about 3 minutes, until the prawns turn pink. Season lightly with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
