Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 350 g sausage (chorizo), sliced
- 150 g onion(s), cut into rings
- 1 tbsp parsley, flat, roughly chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the sausage pieces over high heat until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon. Add the onions to the pan and brown. Then add the sausage pieces and heat for 1 minute. Transfer everything to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with warm bread.
