Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 250 g sugar
  • 700 ml dry white wine
  • 700 ml red wine, dry
  • 250 g peach(s)
  • 250 g grapes
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 100 ml orange liqueur, e.g. Grand Manier

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Rinse the orange and lemon with hot water, cut crosswise into 3 mm slices, remove any pips, and combine with the sugar and wine in a large punch bowl. Stir for a few minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Peel and chop the fruit. Add the fruit and Grand Marnier and serve with ice cubes.
