Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 700 g green beans
- 500 g potatoes
- 500 g smoked pork
- savory
- Salt
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cut the beans into approximately 3cm long pieces, peel the potatoes, and simmer them in a pot with the spices. Meanwhile, sear the smoked pork in a roasting pan until well browned on all sides, then add it to the soup pot. Simmer for about 1 hour.
