Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cheese (Manchego)
- 100 g green olives, pitted
- 1 small onion(s)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 15 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Halve the olives. Peel the onion and garlic, and finely chop the onion. Place all prepared ingredients in a small bowl and press in the garlic. Add the olive oil and mix everything together. Add the finely chopped rosemary. Mix everything thoroughly, cover, and let marinate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature. Serve with baguette.
