Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g prawns, ready to cook
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 5 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
Instructions

Prawns with Onion
Deseed the chili pepper and slice into strips. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick or cast-iron pan. Add the garlic, chili, and prawns and fry for 2 minutes. Season and sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with a glass of sherry!
