Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork fillet(s)
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the fillet into approximately 1 cm thick slices and thread them onto skewers. Make a marinade with cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, and olive oil. Marinate the meat in it and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Later, sear it in a grill pan and season with salt and pepper. Other tapas suggestions include “Prawns with Saffron and Tomato Mojo” or “Bacon-Wrapped Plums.”
