Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-sized cucumber(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 3 beef tomatoes, peeled
- 1 green pepper(s), pitted
- 1 pepper(s), red, pitted
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 1 liter tomato juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- Salt
- Tabasco
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roughly chop the vegetables and puree with a hand blender or in a food processor. Mix together the vinegar and oil. Add tomato juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate. Serve with croutons.
