Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pieces of Bockwurst
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 apple
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the frankfurters lengthwise, dice the tomatoes and peppers, and dice the cored apple. Mix everything together with the eggs and cheese until smooth. Spread the mixture onto the sausage halves and top with butter flakes. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes. Serve the sausages garnished with parsley.
