Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g margarine
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate, bitter, grated
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- Pack of vanilla sugar
- Chocolate shavings

Whisk the eggs together with the sugar and margarine. Then add the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the grated chocolate. Spread the batter into a round springform pan and bake at 150°C fan-assisted oven or 175°C top/bottom heat for 15-20 minutes. Don’t panic, the batter will be quite firm. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar and spread over the cooled base. Then sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the cream. Important: Spread the cream over the batter half a day before serving. The batter will absorb the liquid from the cream and become more crumbly.
