Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 g sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g chocolate, 70% cocoa content, broken into large pieces
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Flour , for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Glue cake

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the oil. Beat the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then stir in the warm butter. Mix the dry ingredients and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm springform pan. Press the chocolate pieces into the batter. Bake the cake in the center of the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Check with a skewer if the batter is cooked through. It should be slightly sticky and chewy.
