Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs, about 250 g each
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). About 180°C (convection oven). Rinse the drumsticks under cold running water and pat dry. Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika with the oil. Rub the mixture all over the drumsticks and place them in a roasting pan. Place the roasting pan on the middle rack of the preheated oven and roast the drumsticks for approximately 45 minutes.
