Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 125 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 400 g blueberries
- Fat for the mold
- cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and salt. Grease a round, shallow baking dish and add the washed and patted blueberries. Melt the butter, spread it over the blueberries, and pour the batter evenly into the dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cake is golden brown. Cut into slices and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
