Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 300 g wheat flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and sunflower oil in a bowl until no lumps remain. Add the flour. If necessary, add a little more flour, depending on how firm and rollable you want the blini to be. Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan and add about a ladleful of batter at a time, frying until firm on top. Then turn. Add 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil to the pan after every 2 blini. The blini taste great with hazelnut spread, jam, or savory with cream cheese or crème fraîche.
