Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 onions
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 kg minced meat
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 800 g tomatoes, pureed
- 500 ml broth
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 350 g sour cream
Instructions

Great for parties
Peel and dice the onions. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Add the passata, broth, and mustard to the minced meat, mix well, and bring to a boil. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring. To serve, pour the sour cream over the minced meat or serve the sour cream in a separate bowl. I prefer the second version, as not everyone likes sour cream. This dish is a hit at parties. Easy to prepare and a great alternative to chili. It also freezes well, but only without the sour cream.
