Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • butter
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a vegetable side dish

Sauté the onion in butter, add the Chinese cabbage, and cook until moist. Season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg, then deglaze with the cream. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve. It’s quick and easy and tastes delicious. We served it with boiled potatoes and sausages.
