Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 feta cheese
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp cream or milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • some oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious Georgian cheese pancakes for breakfast

Crumble the feta and mozzarella into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, spread half of the batter on the pan, cover, and let it set over low heat. After about 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm.
