- 800 g tuna, fresh
- 30 g butter
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 jar white wine
- salt and pepper

Algarve-style tuna slices
Slice fresh tuna. Prepare a marinade using the listed ingredients. Marinate the tuna slices in it for 4 hours. Heat butter in a pan until very hot. Fry the thoroughly dried fish until light brown on both sides.
