Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fish scallops

Finely chop the fish fillet, parsley, and onion. Mix with the egg and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper. Form into bite-sized flatbreads and fry in oil until golden brown. They can be eaten warm or cold. Tip: Serve with a “Massa de Pimentos” (pepper dip).
