Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 egg yolks
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 150 g honey
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 cl Cointreau (or orange juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks in a hot water bath until frothy and let cool slightly. Fold the whipped cream, honey, yogurt, and Cointreau into the egg yolk mixture. Line a small 20 cm loaf pan with plastic wrap and pour in the mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Cut the parfait into slices, decorate as desired, and serve.
