Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 130 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1 orange(s), juice and zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix vigorously with a mixer. The batter is very thin and should be baked in a silicone baking pan or a casserole dish with a 24 cm diameter. A 26 cm pan will also work, but the batter will be shallower. Bake the cake for 40 minutes.
