Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 small potatoes, peeled
- 8 small onions, peeled
- 8 small tomatoes
- 2 m.-sized zucchini, halved or quartered lengthwise
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers, quartered
- 4 m.-large carrot(s), slender, peeled, cut into thirds crosswise
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp paprika powder (rose pepper)
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 bunch of smooth-leaf parsley, small bunch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Oil (olive oil), for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brush a baking sheet with olive oil. Arrange all the vegetables in a row and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and season the vegetables. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Mix the sauce ingredients together, then add the chopped parsley and serve.
