Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 kg vegetables (e.g. zucchini, mushrooms, peppers)
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 2 lemons, untreated
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and wash the vegetables, and cut them into large pieces. Wash the herbs, pluck off the leaves and/or needles, and chop them. Wash the lemons and cut them into wedges. Mix the vegetables with the herbs, lemon wedges, and oil. Arrange the vegetables on aluminum grill trays and grill until al dente. Remove the lemon wedges and season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
