Avocado dip from Brazil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp, leveled sea salt, coarse
  • ½ tsp, levelled pepper, white
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed, more if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for dipping, spicing up, feasting

Wash, peel, and pit the avocado. Purée with a hand blender along with the lemon juice. Crush the garlic and stir in, season with pepper (go easy on the peppercorns, but be sure to add more seasoning if needed) and salt. Add lemon juice to taste. The dip tastes best when it’s been left to sit for a few hours. It’s delicious with fresh baguette.
