Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • Salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and pit the avocados, and mash them with a fork. Season with salt and crushed garlic. Dice the tomato and mix in. Then add a squeeze of lemon. Stir everything together and season to taste, adding more salt and lemon juice if necessary.
