Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 avocados
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 limes
  • 3 large vine tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander greens, chopped
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Mash the avocado flesh with a fork until smooth. Squeeze the garlic and lime juice into the avocado cream. Mix with the cilantro and basil. (You can also place the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.) Deseed and finely chop the tomatoes, then fold them into the avocado cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oil, and sugar.
