Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup oat flakes, fine
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • Honey or sugar to taste
  • Raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the oat flakes, milk, and water in a saucepan. Bring the porridge to a boil briefly, then reduce heat to low until it thickens slightly. Sweeten the porridge with honey or sugar and serve immediately, garnished with raspberries.
