Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 45 g oat flakes
- 75 g rye meal, finely ground
- 135 g wheat, finely ground
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 250 g applesauce
- 1 large egg(s)
- 2 tbsp water
- 90 g honey
- 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another. Then pour the dry mixture onto the wet mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon. Spoon a spoonful of batter into each muffin tin and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
