Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour type 550
- 250 g water, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g fresh yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
- 7 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine all ingredients and knead for at least 8 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes. (If using dry yeast, let it rest a little longer.) Dust with flour and roll out to the size of a baking sheet. Grease a baking sheet and cover with the dough.
