Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 passion fruit(s), yellow (alternatively passion fruit or sweet granadillas)
  • 250 ml water, cold
  • dashes sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing and rich in vitamin C

Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh, then place it in a tall container. Add water and blend thoroughly. Strain the juice through a sieve and sweeten to taste.
