Stuffed gnocchi with spicy seafood

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g mixed seafood of your choice
  • 400 g gnocchi filled with basil pesto
  • 185 g green pesto
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry paste, yellow
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp cognac
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the mixed seafood (I usually use mussels, scallops, shrimp, and crayfish tails) in a little oil, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Then add the pesto, curry paste, and garlic and sauté briefly for a shorter time. Deglaze with the cognac and add the passata. Season with salt. Bring back to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the gnocchi to a boil in the salted water. Arrange the gnocchi on a plate and top with the seafood.
