Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 ml must (grape must)
- 2 tbsp, heaped cornstarch
- 50 g walnuts, coarsely ground
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
is traditionally prepared annually after the grape harvest
Combine the must with the cornstarch at room temperature and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. Pour into mugs and garnish with cinnamon and walnuts. This dessert is usually served at room temperature, but can also be served from the refrigerator.
