Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small flatbread(s), alternatively toast
- 100 g fresh leaf spinach
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- Garlic
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quarter the tomatoes and cut the feta into small pieces. Trim and wash the spinach leaves, then wilt them in a pan with a little oil. Add the tomatoes and cheese and heat briefly. Season with garlic and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the flatbread and place it on a plate. Top with the spinach mixture and enjoy.
