Burrata on tomato carpaccio

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 slice(s) of toast or baguette
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Burrata comes from Italy and is a type of cream mozzarella

Wash the beefsteak tomato, slice it very thinly, and arrange it fan-shaped on a plate. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly toast the bread. Pick the basil leaves and arrange them on top of the tomato slices along with the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with the bread. Approx. 250 kcal per serving.
