Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 beetroot, large, cooked
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp Styrian pumpkin seed oil
  • some salt
  • some caraway
  • possibly horseradish

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as a dip or spread

Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. If you like, you can add a little horseradish for a little extra spice. It’s great as a spread on bread or as a dip for boiled potatoes.
