Greek minced meat quiche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 450 g creamed spinach, thawed
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pc. puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the minced meat with the diced onions until crumbly. Fold in the thawed creamed spinach and crumble in the feta cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat the eggs and fold in once the mixture has cooled slightly. In the meantime, grease a quiche dish and line it with the puff pastry. Then pour in the minced meat and spinach mixture and bake in the oven at 175°C for about 45-60 minutes (varies depending on the oven). The mixture should be firmly set.
