Tomato-Mozzarella-Avocado Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 g mozzarella, mini balls
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 8 leaves basil, fresh
  • Balsamic vinegar (dark)
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems, and quarter them. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and finely chop the basil leaves. Place everything in a bowl with the mini mozzarella balls and season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Finally, drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well. Let stand for about 10 minutes and serve with pasta or pizza.
