Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying or deep-frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut a 200g piece of feta cheese into 8 pieces (ideally lengthwise, crosswise, and horizontally). Crack the egg onto a plate and whisk. Place the breadcrumbs onto a second plate. Dip the cheese pieces first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with hot oil or in a deep fryer until golden brown. Serve with fresh flûte or flatbread and a tomato salad.
