Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 125 ml water
- 1 tsp honey
- 225 g flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 300 g onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 eggs
- 225 g sour cream
- salt and pepper

Mix the lukewarm water with the yeast and honey. Let stand for 15 minutes. Knead the flour, oil, and salt into the yeast mixture. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Grease a baking sheet and spread the dough on it. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the onions until translucent. Spread it on the dough. Mix the eggs and sour cream together. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the onion tart. Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes, until the egg mixture is completely set and lightly browned.
