Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g tortellini from the refrigerated section
- 60 g butter
- some Parmesan, freshly grated
- 3 sprigs of sage
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Delicious starter or light dish for the summer
Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan. Pick and wash the sage leaves, then pat dry and sauté in the butter. Add the tortellini to the pan and fry briefly, tossing to coat. When serving, season the tortellini with pepper and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
