Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of silken tofu
- 50 g walnuts
- 6 tbsp tomato paste, spicy if you like
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (harissa spice mix) or chili, paprika etc.
- dill
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or hand blender. Serve with fresh flatbread. The dip can also be stored in the refrigerator as a spread. This is the vegan version of the popular feta spread, which can be found in Turkish, Arabic, or Greek shops.
