Veganized feta dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of silken tofu
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste, spicy if you like
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (harissa spice mix) or chili, paprika etc.
  • dill
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or hand blender. Serve with fresh flatbread. The dip can also be stored in the refrigerator as a spread. This is the vegan version of the popular feta spread, which can be found in Turkish, Arabic, or Greek shops.
