Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 20 olives, black
- 4 cloves garlic
- 400 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g butter, soft
- 5 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper,,black
- oregano
Instructions

delicious spread / dip for parties
Pit and slice the olives, then mince the garlic. Finely crumble the cheese with a fork and mix with the softened butter. Gradually add the milk, tomato paste, and seasonings to taste, then finally the olives and garlic. Let it sit for a while before serving. Tastes great on baguette, country bread, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
