Tiramisu slices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk, Amaretto or Marsala
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 20 ladyfingers
  • 400 ml coffee, extra strong or espresso
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto or Marsala
  • Cocoa powder
  • possibly ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grease a baking sheet and place the baking frame on it, measuring approximately 24 x 24 cm. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and milk. Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and stir in. Pour the batter into the baking frame and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the milk or liqueur until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread half of the cream on the base. Mix the coffee with the liqueur and soak the biscuits in it. Place them side by side on the cream and spread with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and chill for 2-3 hours. Decorate with sponge fingers, if desired.
