Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 packs of QimiQ
  • 2 packs of chestnut rice
  • some eggnog and rum
  • 60 ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Preparation: Whip the cream and QuimiQ separately, then combine the two. Add the chestnut rice, egg liqueur, and rum to the cream/QuimiQ mixture and mix everything together. Dip the ladyfingers in the rum and egg liqueur. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, then add about 0.5 cm of cream, 1 layer of dipped ladyfingers, cream, ladyfingers, etc., until the pan is full. Then refrigerate (preferably overnight).
