Lasagna with crème fraîche

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ pack of lasagna sheets
  • 250 g cheese (pizza cheese)
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Parsley
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop half an onion and sauté briefly in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crisp and brown. Add the diced tomatoes and deglaze with the tomato puree. Simmer everything until a creamy sauce forms, stirring occasionally. Season generously with pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, sugar, and salt. At this point, you would prepare the béchamel sauce. However, I use crème fraîche. In a greased baking dish, line the bottom with lasagna sheets, spread crème fraîche on top, spoon some of the minced meat sauce on top, then add more lasagna sheets and continue until all the ingredients are used up. The top layer should be crème fraîche. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Serves about 6 people if you serve a starter and dessert, or alternatively, for 2-3 days for a single person sharing a flat.
