Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s) or shallot
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste (140 g)
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • Broth, granulated
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick version of Bolognese

Brown the ground meat in hot fat. Season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the finely chopped onion or shallot. Add the tomato paste and fry. Deglaze with water. Add the granulated stock and herbs, stir, and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Increase the amount of water depending on the desired amount of meat sauce and season accordingly. Serve with spaghetti and shaved Parmesan or Grana Padano.
