Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- Oregano, shredded
- Basil, shredded
- 2 tbsp red wine
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic clove. Peel and wash the carrot and finely dice all three ingredients. Heat the oil, sauté the diced vegetables, add the ground beef, and fry until crumbly. Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, and season with oregano and basil. Let the sauce simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, then season with red wine, pepper, and salt.
