Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s), small
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark, sour cream, and sour cream. Crumble the cheese and stir in. Peel half a cucumber, quarter it, remove the seeds, finely dice the cucumber, and mix it into the quark mixture. Finely dice the onion, press the garlic cloves through a sieve, or finely chop them, and stir in. Season the tzatziki with salt and pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. It tastes delicious with grilled food, antipasti, or simply with flatbread.
